Packer Shoes and Ewing Athletics are hooking to release a special New York City edition collaboration. This Packer Shoes x Ewing 33 Hi “Fame and War” features two never-before-seen Ewing 33 Hi pairs that had help from two NYC rappers, Teyana Taylor and Fabolous.
Officially renamed and inspired by the original meaning of Ewing’s own middle name, the Packer Shoes x Fabolous x Teyana Taylor x Ewing Athletics “Aloysius” 33 High (Fame & War Project) come in two colorways of the Ewing 33 Hi are inspired by their New York City roots. One pair is fully dressed in Metallic Gold and the other sports a full Black base.
Teyana Taylor’s pair of the Packer Shoes x Ewing 33 Hi “Fame and War” Project features a full Metallic Gold upper with perforated toe box, Black accentsand sits atop a full translucent outsole with Gold flakes. Other highlighted details to the shoe include an Empire State Building logo on the tongue, Gold plates on the back, custom lace locks and “NYC” on the left shoe and “33” on the right.
Fab’s pair is dressed in a Black-based upper that features Gold detailing, Gucci-like accents on the laces and back heel strap, Packer Shoes stitched on the sides taking place of the traditional Patrick Ewing signature. Other details include a large Crown Ewing logo on the tongues, while “EWING” is stitched on the back heels, finished with a White sole.

The Packer Shoes x Ewing Athletics “Aloysius” 33 High “Fame & War” Pack will be available exclusively at Teyana Taylor’s shoe at S.O.B.’s in NYC on Thursday, March 26th. Both colorways will be available for purchase with a retail price tag at $150 each and will come in mens sizes 5-15. You will only be allowed to purchase one of each pairs if you choose to want both, or you can simply just buy one of them.
Each pair sold at S.0.B.’s will receive special “OG” shoe lace dubraes – housed in a special Packer/Ewing box. You will be able to lineup beginning at 10AM EDT on release date. Wristbands will be given out first come, first served basis. You are not allowed to leave the line, as if you do the never person behind you will then take your place. An ID will be required to purchase this release.
Update: April 1st – The Packer Shoes x Ewing Athletics “Aloysius” 33 High “Fame & War” Pack will release on “GOOD” Friday, April 3rd at 12 PM noon EST and in-store at their local shops at 941 Teaneck Road, Teaneck NJ 07666 as well as online at PackerShoes.com.
