Packer Shoes is teaming up with adidas once again to release three color options of the Forum Hi.

Dressed in your choice of “Collegiate Navy”, “Collegiate Green” and “Collegiate Maroon”, each adidas Forum Hi features a White/Cream upper constructed in tumbled and smooth leather materials, which are offset by mesh underlays and suede accents. Packer branding is only found on the shoes left insole.

Look for the Packer x adidas Forum Hi styles to release this Friday, February 18th at 11AM EST exclusively on Packershoes.com and in store at their Jersey City and Teaneck locations. The retail price tag is set at 150 USD each.
