In 2018, Nike launched the Air Force 1 High Sheed “Rude Awakening” as part of their Champions Think 16 collection, inspired by Rasheed Wallace leading the Detroit Pistons to their first title since 1990. Now, in 2023, it seems a special edition Off-White x Nike Air Force 1 Mid “Sheed” could be on the horizon, drawing inspiration from the classic Air Force 1 High “Sheed” PE from 2001.

This version of the Off-White x Nike Air Force 1 Mid boasts a sleek Black patent leather upper. On the lateral heel, you’ll find Rasheed Wallace’s iconic fadeaway jumper silhouette logo embroidered. Meanwhile, on the medial side, the word “RASHEED” is joined by the customary “Off-White” text. The shoe also pays homage to the Air Force 1 “Sheed” PE with his jersey number “30” on the ankle strap. The design is completed with White Swooshes and midsole atop a Black spiked rubber outsole. Moreover, the package includes an extra set of laces and signature “Off-White” tags in a unique packaging.

The Off-White x Nike Air Force 1 Mid “Sheed” is expected to hit select Nike Sportswear retailers and Nike.com (SNKRS) on September 8th. The price tag for this iconic pair will be $205 USD. So, make sure to keep an eye out for this limited release!
