The Nike Zoom Vomero 5 is getting a darker look for Fall/Winter 2026, with a new women’s colorway built around black and tortoise shell details. Instead of adding much color to the upper, Nike saves the pattern for the Swooshes, which come covered in different shades of brown with a glossy, marbled finish.

Black runs through nearly everything else on the shoe, from the mesh underneath to the layered panels, laces, and sole. Metallic Gold breaks up the darker palette around the tongue and heel, with more gold worked into the ribbon-like detailing along the upper.

Some of the smaller changes are easier to spot up close. Glossy black overlays sit against the mesh sections, while the midsole also gets a polished finish that isn’t commonly seen on the Vomero 5. Those different surfaces keep the shoe from looking completely flat despite how much black is used.
