The Nike Total 90 III “Iridescent” comes back with a look that feels familiar at first glance but grabs you once it hits the light.

The original T90 line always leaned into bold details, and this version taps into that same energy with a cleaner, more modern twist. Those synthetic panels shift colors in a way that almost feels animated, giving the old-school build a fresh pulse without drifting too far from its roots.

The darker branding keeps everything grounded, which helps the shine feel purposeful instead of loud. Even the laces, lining, and midsole stay stripped down so the iridescent sections do most of the talking. There’s a little early-2000s attitude baked in here, but the finish pushes it into a lane the older pairs never tried. The cool grey outsole ties it all together and slips in a subtle contrast that works better than you’d expect.
