Nike Set To Bring Back The Shox Total

First revealed in 2000, Shox technology remains one of the boldest design vocabularies in all of footwear. Its mechanical cushioning — an idea first born in 1984 — offers a durable bounce for impact protection. The aesthetic, however, is pure provocation.

The Shox Total, which debuted in 2003, is a futuristic take on the mechanical design that is officially set to make its return. Arriving in three color options – Orange, Red, and Black, each comes complete with reflective detailing on the toes and heels.

While already arriving to select retailers, a wider release of these Shox Total colorways will launch on March 21st on Nike.com. The retail price tag is set at $170 USD.
