The Nike SB Free “Rose City” is the latest Nike SB Free silhouette to releases as part of their ongoing collection. The “Rose City” edition of the Nike SB Free is set to release on Wednesday, February 11th, 2015 at select Nike Skateboarding retailers. The Retail price tag is set at $120 USD.
The City of Roses, Portland, Oregon provides the inspiration behind this latest limited edition from Nike SB.
Drawing from the earth tones of the Pacific Northwest, the Rose City Nike Free SB features a classic camouflage upper resting atop a clean outsole of white and light gum brown. Crisp accents of black and gym red complete the design, referencing the locale’s rosy aesthetic as your feet stay planted firmly in the streets with special custom sock liners featuring the city’s trademark manhole covers.
Add in all the practical benefits of Nike Free SB technology; suede and mesh for breathable durability, skate-specific flex-grooves for multi-directional movement, phylon foam heel units for lightweight shock-absorption and you’ve got a true masterpiece in bloom.
