Nike SB Dunk Low “Hatch Chilli” Turns New Mexico Heat Into A Sneaker

Published on

Fresh pics of the Nike SB Dunk Low “Hatch Chili” have emerged online, providing an official look at the sneakers following recent leak previews. Designed around New Mexico’ Hatch chiles, the colorway incorporates concepts from how the pepper transitions throughout its growing stages.

Yellow suede begins at the heel, then gives way to tan through the middle before turning green near the toe. Black suede lands on the Swoosh and overlays, while the laces, tongue, and outsole follow the same darker treatment. Instead of reading like three separate color blocks, the upper moves gradually from one stage to the next.

A few graphic details make the inspiration more obvious. The yellow Nike embroidery on the heel is worked into a flame design, and the insoles feature black-and-white lips breathing red fire after a hot bite. Most of the story still comes through the upper, which keeps the theme from becoming too literal.

The Nike SB Dunk Low “Hatch Chili” will release in Fall 2026 for $130 through Nike.com and select skate shops.
