Nike SB is giving a skateboard treatment to a classic silhouette. The Nike SB Air Max 95 “Cactus Flower” will be released this August 2025 in celebration of the shoe’s 30-year anniversary.

The new take on the classic Air Max 95 includes skate-ready updates. The sneaker includes a combination of mesh and suede materials on the upper to maximize breathability and support. Color-blocking on the multiple panels transition from Summit White to Cool Grey with pops of bright Cactus Flower details.

Pink accents can also be spotted on the lace loops, tongue branding and on the visible Air units. A small Swoosh on the heel and gum outsole help to round out the design. It’s a welcomed fusion of retro Air Max attitude with classic SB utility.

Under the hood Nike SB also made sure to include some performance enhancements. The footwear features some additional cushioning and a grippy rubber outsole to keep it functional for skating. Either way, these are sneakers built for all-day everyday use too.

The Nike SB Air Max 95 “Cactus Flower” will be released on August 22, 2025 for $185. Look for it to be available at select skate shops as well as Nike.com.

UPDATE 7/21/25: Nike has just announced the SB Air Max 95 “Cactus Flower” to drop on August 22, 2025 at $185 USD on SNKRS. A skate-ready 30th Anniversary Air Max 95, the SB Cactus Flower packs modernized cushioning, pink Air units, and colorful Cactus Flower accents.
