The Nike PG1 Shining releases tomorrow, February 25th on Nike.com and Nike SNKRS, as well as other retailers for $110 USD.
One of the most asked questions about the release is, what do the numbers on the side mean? Well, here’s your answer:
The first three digits “661” is a nod to Paul George’s hometown of Palmdale, CA, “90” represents his birthday year of 1990, and “317” is the area code of his home court of the Pacers.
But the second batch of numbers is different on every pair, as they are individually numbered on each of the 12,000 pairs that will be releasing.
Now knowing that the Nike PG 1 “Shining” will be limited to only 12,000 pairs releasing, does that change your mind in trying to cop tomorrow?
