Two Nike Moon Shoe colorways are lined up for August, with “Italy Blue” and “Sail/Chlorophyll” taking the old-school runner in different directions. The shape remains mostly untouched. Color does the heavy lifting here.

“Italy Blue” is built around a bright blue nylon upper, broken up by white leather Swooshes and light grey suede around the toe and heel. White laces and vintage Nike tongue labels keep the upper from feeling too busy. Underneath, a black waffle outsole adds a harder contrast than the lighter finish used on the second pair.

The “Sail/Chlorophyll” colorway has a softer look, but the green accents keep it from blending together. Sail nylon runs through the upper with pale overlays, while Chlorophyll lands on the leather Swooshes and insoles. A gum waffle outsole finishes it off and feels right at home on a silhouette pulled from Nike’s earliest running years.

Both pairs feature exposed zigzag stitching, thin collar stay, and embroidered mini Swooshes on the heel tabs.
