The Nike Mind 001 “Pink Smoke” pushes Nike deeper into the molded footwear space with a design that feels equal parts recovery mule and concept shoe. Covered in a soft Pink Smoke finish, the slip-on leans on shape and texture instead of loud color blocking. Its sculpted foam build creates a bold look, while the open-back setup keeps things easy for everyday wear.

The perforated forefoot panel brings ventilation to the upper as well, allowing the silhouette to take on a more utilitarian feel. Tubular sidewalls hug the shoe while creating a sculpted look, while vertical stripes staggered across the midfoot help to interrupt the all-white finish. The overall effect gives the Nike Mind 001 a sleek but sci-fi vibe that differentiates itself from many of its slip-on contemporaries.

Silver Swooshes cut through the design with just enough pop. One full-sized glossy Swoosh takes place on the lateral side while a smaller iteration can be found on the perforated vamp. On the interior, Nike Mind and Mind Science Department branding appear to layer in even more detail to the model, creating an eccentric feel without overdoing it.

Rounded traction pods under the outsole continue the molded look and reinforce the shoe’s comfort-driven direction. The sole unit looks unusual at first glance, but it fits the overall concept well and gives the pair a distinct visual signature.
