Nike Basketball looks to have another version of the Nike Kobe 9 in the works that’s being called, the Nike Kobe 9 Mid EXT. This edition is part of the brand’s Lifestyle models that is dressed in a premium Black snakeskin upper, with a Chrome-plated midsole sitting atop a Gum outsole.

The Nike Kobe 9 Mid EXT release date is now officially set for Saturday, August 23, 2014 at select retailers, now making them a global release followed by a launch on August 29th in Europe.
