To celebrate Kobe Bryant’s final NBA season, Eastbay has designed a special edition Nike Kobe 11 for the occasion.
This Nike Kobe 11 feature an all-Black upper that represents Kobe’s nickname, the Black Mamba, along with Gold detailing on the Nike Swoosh as a nod to Kobe’s ‘gold standard’ of professionalism towards his craft. The heel of the shoe is also done in Gold to resemble Laker Gold, a tribute to Los Angeles, where Kobe spent his entire career at. Combining all the Gold details to this Kobe 11 also symbolizes the Gold medals Kobe earned while playing for his country, and the championships he help bring to his city. Finishing off the design the inner tongues are etched with “Eastbay Edition” as a nod to the special custom.
