Ja Morant has shown off a new Nike Ja 4 inspired by the Halloween episode of Martin called “Boo’s in the House.” The colorway pulls from Martin’s Ike Turner costume from the 1996 episode, turning one of the show’s more memorable looks into a sneaker.
The upper uses a mix of red, black, and white floral patterns that match the loud look of Martin’s costume. Black appears on the midfoot shank and outsole, while metallic silver Swooshes add another detail taken from the outfit.
Nike also worked a few extra pieces into the design, including a removable red bow and a jeweled circular Ja logo accessory. Those details help tie the shoe back to the costume without changing the overall Ja 4 shape.
A release date for the Nike Ja 4 “Martin,” also being called “Boo’s in the House,” has yet to be announced.
