The Nike Ja 4 is beginning to take shape ahead of its Fall 2026 debut. After Ja Morant previewed his fourth signature model in April, detailed images have now surfaced of the upcoming “Deep Water” aka “Jaws” colorway.

Inspired by the 1975 shark thriller, the pair plays directly into the Ja 4’s sharp design language. It is not an official movie collaboration, but the connection is easy to spot. Jagged tooth graphics appear across the vamp and within the “A” portion of the supportive JA logo along the side.

The theme becomes even clearer on the tongue. A shark graphic rises through a blue gradient background, closely resembling the look of the film’s famous poster. Morant’s signature logo sits in University Red at the center, adding a bold contrast to the aquatic palette.

Officially dressed in Diffused Blue, Blackened Blue, Chambray, Glacier Blue, University Red, and Cobalt Bliss, the shoe transitions through several blue shades across the upper. Black detailing grounds the design, while red accents sharpen the movie-inspired presentation.

The name also continues Morant’s history of using playful “Ja” wordplay across his sneaker line, following releases such as the “Ja-Breaker” and his Jurassic Park collaboration.

Nike Ja 4 Jaws Release Date

The Nike Ja 4 “Jaws” (Deep Water) is scheduled to release September 18, 2026 in adult and grade school sizing. Adult pairs will retail for $140, while grade school sizes will cost $115. Check out the latest on-feet photos below.
