The upcoming Nike Giannis Freak 7 “Shapeshift” howls its way into Nike Basketball’s Halloween 2025 collection. Inspired by werewolf transformations, the pair taps into Giannis Antetokounmpo’s dog joke lineage again after his “Wolf in Sheep’s Clothing” colorway.

This Halloween-inspired edition combines furry grey tongues with cement-textured uppers for a moonlit look. Neon green laces and hot pink midsoles add a shock of energy against the muted greys, while metallic silver Swooshes reference Nike’s own “Silver Bullet” Air Max 97. On the inside, flannel-patterned insoles and an updated GA logo contribute to the chilling, otherworldly detail to give it that perfect spooky season chill. Sneakerheads love that kind of storytelling detail.

The Nike Giannis Freak 7 “Shapeshift” will release October 21, 2025, for $125 USD. The drop will arrive alongside the full Nike Basketball Halloween lineup at select retailers and Nike.com.
