This Nike Dunk Low celebrates the winter solstice, which is when the earth’s axis tilts away from the sun, making it the shortest day and longest night of the year for those living in the Northern Hemisphere. Some of the key details include sun-setting embroideries, “21 12 21 15:59” branded on the insoles as a nod to the exact date and time of the winter solstice (December 12, 2021 3:59PM GMT). The date also appears on the right shoe’s tongue tag along with a setting sun graphic.

Nike Dunk Low Winter Solstice Release Date

Look for the women’s Nike Dunk Low “Winter Solstice” to begin releasing on December 16th at select retailers and soon on Nike.com. The retail price tag is set at $120 USD.
