Just like the Nike Air Zoom Mariah Flyknit, Nike Sportswear goes into their archives and revamps the classic Duellist that originally released back in 1988. The built of the Duellist was very similar to the Air Mariah but with an Air midsole. Both shoes released during the same time and even were promoted at the same time during the late ’80s.

For 2017, Nike has once again found a way to bring back a classic silhouette and give them a modern makeover. Now, the shoe is back dubbed, the Nike Duel Racer. One of the first releases to debut will come dressed in a clean White and Black color scheme. The shoe features a mesh upper, sock-like ankle collar with synthetic overlays and a TPU heel counter.
