The Nike Cortez Be True will be added to this year’s Nike Sportswear Be True 2017 Collection supporting the LGBT community. Per usual, the shoe will be highlighted with its rainbow-themed color scheme.
Inspired by the LGBT community that represents conviction and commitment, pairing two prominent symbols of pride: the Rainbow Flag and Pink Triangle.
This Nike Cortez features a White nylon upper with Pure Platinum suede overlays and Black Nike Swoosh logos on the sides and matching heel. Giving the shoe its “Be True” theme is the multicolor stripe on the tongue that also comes with 7 different colorful lace dubrae options.
Nike Cortez Be True Release Date
Look for the Nike Cortez “Be True” to release on June 5th at select Nike Sportswear retailers and Nike.com. The retail price tag is set at $90 USD.
