LeBron James is ready for Game 3 of the NBA Finals, and while walking into Quicken Loans Arena he debuted a brand new Nike Air Zoom Generation PE.
This iteration of the shoe sports a full “Purple Suede” construction covering its upper. According to Nike designer Ben Kirschner, the shoe was built with the same material from Denny Hamlin’s racing boot, which makes them resistant to fire.

UPDATE: LeBron James was at the Thomas and Mack Center in Las Vegas checking out his Los Angeles against the Detroit Pistons during NBA Summer League. While attending, he was decked out in Lakers Just Don by Mitchell & Ness shorts rocking his “Purple Suede” Nike Air Zoom Generation PE.
As of now, Nike has yet to announce any release details for these “Purple Suede” AZG’s, but what better time to release them than now.
