While celebrating the 20th Anniversary of the Air Max 98, Nike has just debuted a China-exclusive colorway inspired by Shanghai.

This “Shanghai” colorway of the Nike Air Max 98 is highlighted with an all-over print of Chinese characters reading “Run Shanghai.” The pattern is a nod to the bright lights seen throughout the city at night. Other details includes a Tyvek tongue inspired by the race bibs worn during the Shanghai Marathon, White leather overlays decked out in the similar graphic, and reflective detailing.
No word on if these will become available in the states, but this Nike Air Max 98 Shanghai has already sold-out in China.
