As a follow up to the Nike Air Max 97 CR7 “Metallic Gold” release back in October 2017. Nike and Cristiano Ronaldo will be releasing another Nike Air Max 97 in 2018.
Dressed in a University Red, White, and Metallic Gold color scheme. This Nike Air Max 97 pays tribute to Ronaldo’s home team, Portugal. Continuing the patchwork theme as a nod to CR7’s mother patching his shoes back together after beating them up when playing soccer. Its entire upper is done in Red with Gold accents, 3M Reflective hits, White midsole and Black rubber outsole. Finishing off the theme, the shoe comes with a set of laces in the Portugal colors.
