The Nike Air Max 90 Latino Heritage Month (LHM) focuses on the importance of the family unit in Latino culture and celebrates the power of community through heritage silhouettes.

Through the fictional team Club Atletico Familia, the Air Max 90 dubbed, “Familia” celebrates the diversity and spirit of Latin America. Inspired by colorful ’90s goalkeeper jerseys, the patterned upper of this Air Max 90 is made of randomly die-cut panels from a 100% recycled polyester graphic, making every pair unique. With ten different colors all wildly combining, “Familia” is bold and unabashed, paying homage to Nike Football’s most innovative and disruptive designs of that era.

The idea of authentic cultural representation is a recurrent Nike footwear theme, following releases of the Lucha Libre collection and the Air Max 97 Puerto Rico earlier this year.
