Tinker Hatfield and Jordan Brand debuted the Air Jordan 4 Fire Red back in 1989 dressed in the Chicago Bulls colors. For 2019, the classic colorway will be making a return to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the iconic model.
Michael Jordan wore the “Fire Red” Air Jordan 4s during home and away games during the first half of the 1989-90 NBA season. Aside from the “Military Blue” release, these were one-of-three iconic Air Jordan 4 colorways that Tinker handpicked for Jordan to wear.
Featuring a clean White leather upper with Black detailing and Fire Red accents. For the 2019 Retro, this will be the first time since 1989 that the colorway will be returning in its Nike Air format.
