The Lunar Force 1 Duckboot is coming back for Fall/Winter 2026, giving Nike another familiar option for the colder months. An “Iron Grey” colorway is part of the return, dressing the weather-focused Air Force 1 almost entirely in dark grey and black.

While the shape comes from Bruce Kilgore’s Air Force 1, the Duckboot was built to handle weather the original wasn’t made for. The leather toe box is swapped for a molded shell covered in small stars, and the higher upper brings the lacing past the ankle. There’s a buckle near the collar, along with pull tabs on the tongue and heel.

The regular Air Force 1 sole is gone, too. Nike uses the Lunar Force platform here, with a chunky outsole and deep tread underneath for added grip on wet or slick ground.

There isn’t much going on with the color blocking, which fits this version. Iron Grey takes up most of the upper, while black fills in the laces, lining, sole, and a few smaller areas. Most of the visual detail comes from the different textures, molded sections, and hardware rather than added color.

The Nike Lunar Force 1 Duckboot “Iron Grey” is expected to release during Fall/Winter 2026 through Nike and select retailers. The price is set at $170.
