Six Air Force 1s showed up in Nike’s latest Holiday 2026 SNKRS preview. Some are pretty standard, while a few go in a completely different direction with the shape and materials.
Nike Air Force 1 ’01 “Subway Rat”
One of the more unusual pairs is the Air Force 1 ’01 “Subway Rat,” which uses hairy suede as a nod to New York subway rats. Pink Glaze appears on the outsole and heel tab, while an NYC City Attack logo is placed on the inner tongue. MetroCard-style “Uptown Metro” hangtags finish the theme.

Nike Air Force 1 “Horse Of A Different Colorway”
The “Horse Of A Different Colorway” Air Force 1 is also returning in two new versions. One comes dressed in Team Red, while the other mixes White and Violet. Both continue the exaggerated hairy material seen on the earlier release.

Nike Air Force 1 “SquAir Toe”
Nike is also introducing the Air Force 1 “SquAir Toe,” which changes the front of the shoe with a squared-off toe box that looks closer to a dress shoe than a regular AF1. It is one of the biggest changes to the usual Air Force 1 shape in the Holiday 2026 group.

Nike Air Force 1 ’07 “SNKRS Friends & Family”
Another pair is the Air Force 1 ’07 “SNKRS Friends & Family.” The shoe includes navy mini Swooshes, a “Got ’Em” graphic on the insoles, gold lace details, and a Nike of Samothrace graphic on the outsole.

Nike Air Force 1 ’01 “Nightmare”
The Air Force 1 ’01 “Nightmare” takes a darker approach, using black and red across the shoe with metal hardware made to look like nails have been pushed through the upper. The pieces are arranged across the toe and heel.

Nike Air Force 1 ’01 “Chrome”
Rounding out the preview is the Air Force 1 ’01 “Chrome,” which covers the upper in a reflective, crinkled metallic material and pairs it with a black midsole. The finish gives the shoe a much different look from the standard leather versions of the Air Force 1.

Nike has not shared complete release information for all six Holiday 2026 Air Force 1 styles yet, but each pair is expected to arrive during the season through SNKRS and select Nike Sportswear retailers.
