Nike Air Diamond Turf “Cowboys” Honors Deion Sanders’ Dallas Era

Published on

Deion Sanders’ legacy continues to bridge sports and style as Nike prepares to release the Air Diamond Turf “Cowboys” this Holiday 2025. Inspired by Prime Time’s electric years with the Dallas Cowboys, this retro brings back one of Nike’s most memorable cross-training silhouettes in a true team-themed palette.

Sporting Navy, White, and Metallic Silver, the shoe embodies the look of the Cowboys’ signature uniforms. Reintroduced is the recognizable midfoot strap and the signature leather overlays that are stacked on top of each other. Classic mesh panels are also included in this sneaker in order to be true to the original 1990s design. An embroidered Nike Air logo can be seen on the heel and nostalgic elements are also on display on the tongue.

Originally launched in the early ’90s, the Air Diamond Turf represented Deion’s two-sport dominance — equally suited for the gridiron and the diamond. This colorway is a nod to this legendary period, but also fits right in with current day retro sportswear. It’s a testament to Nike’s cross-training heritage and influence in sport and on the street.

Following recent revivals like the “49ers” edition, the Cowboys version delivers that perfect mix of heritage and fan pride. For Dallas faithful and sneakerheads alike, this is a clean nod to Prime Time’s flash and confidence — traits that defined a generation.

The Nike Air Diamond Turf “Cowboys” releases Holiday 2025 via Nike.com and select retailers for $155 USD.
