2021 marks the 5th Anniversary of the launch of the now classic, Nice Kicks x adidas NMD. The release was highly sought after, and it helped to propel the NMD program to new heights. That first adidas x Nice Kicks NMD is considered a grail to many sneakerheads.

The upcoming Nice Kicks x adidas Ultra Boost takes design cues directly from that original NMD. The OG was inspired by the tie-dye patterns found in San Francisco’s Haight Street neighborhood. Their 5 year tie dye project will celebrate the past at Nice Kicks, but it will also close the door on the tie-dye pattern.

Dubbed, “No Vacancy”, this Ultra Boost tells a story that’s entirely its own. It features a Red and Black tie-dye upper with Black lace cage and heel clip atop a White Boost midsole and Gum rubber outsole. Other details includes No Vacancy graphic insoles, Nice Kicks branding on the right tongues along with an alternate set of Red laces.
