After months of previews in early photos and on billboards, the New Balance 990v7 has now been revealed through official images. Adding to the 990 series, the 990v7 replaces the 990v6 after several years of releases and collaborations.

The first colorway of the New Balance 990v7 Made in USA sports the brand’s iconic grey palette, with suede and mesh covering most of the upper. Dubbed “Kool Grey,” the shoe mixes different shades of grey with pale blue, soft yellow, and off-white accents.

Light grey suede appears around the toe, heel, eyestays, and lower side panels. Darker grey suede covers parts of the middle, while grey mesh is used on the toe box and sides. The “N” logo has a lined texture with pale blue filling and a soft yellow outline. Those same colors show up again on the midsole.

New Balance 990v7 Grey Release Date

The New Balance 990v7 Made in USA “Kool Grey” is expected to release November 6, 2026, through NewBalance.com and select retailers. Available in unisex sizing, the retail price has yet to be announced.
