Another 990v4 Made in USA is dropping from New Balance this fall. The “Navy/Meteorite” pair has a darker look, with leather and nubuck taking the place of the soft suede you usually see on the model.

Most of the shoe stays in NB Navy, including the mesh, overlays, and midsole. Meteorite adds some dark green underneath the upper, so there is a little contrast without changing the overall look too much.

The leather and nubuck setup is a little different for the 990v4, although New Balance has used similar material choices before on Made in USA pairs made for the colder months.
