Teddy Santis’ New Balance 1300 “Sea Salt” Drops September 10th

New Balance is bringing another understated colorway into its Made in USA rotation with the 1300 “Sea Salt.” The Fall/Winter 2026 release keeps the colors fairly quiet, but the materials do most of the work once you get a closer look at the shoe.

Sea Salt covers most of the upper, giving the 1300 a warm off-white finish that works well with its old-school shape. Blue Oyster breaks things up on the “N” branding and backtab, while Mulled Wine appears inside the shoe for a darker hit of color.

There’s more going on with the upper than the simple palette first lets on. Embossed pigskin lands across the overlays, “N” logos, and heel, with a croc-like pattern pressed into the material. It’s subtle enough that it almost disappears from a distance, but up close it gives the pair a much different texture than a standard suede 1300.

The release also continues the latest Made in USA season curated by Aimé Leon Dore founder Teddy Santis. This is the only New Balance 1300 included in the Fall/Winter 2026 lineup, with new versions of the 990v4, 992, and 993 scheduled to follow later in the season.

The New Balance 1300 “Sea Salt” releases September 10, 2026 through New Balance and select retailers worldwide. The retail price is set at $190.
