Jordan Brand is adding another name to its growing list of collaborators, this time working with British-Nigerian designer Mowalola Ogunlesi on her first project with the brand. The Mowalola x Air Jordan 14 was first shown during Paris Fashion Week earlier this summer, and new retailer images now give a closer look at the pair ahead of its September 2026 release.
Mowalola described the main color as a “Chocolatey Brown,” which covers most of the leather upper. A faint tartan pattern is worked into the material, while Burnt Red accents and glossy black details break up the darker look. The construction is similar to the Air Jordan 14 “Ferrari,” although this version replaces suede with smoother brown leather across the upper.
Several changes separate the collaboration from a standard Jordan 14. Mowalola script branding appears along the lateral side, while a faded plaid pattern wraps around the heel. More plaid shows up inside the shoe in red over a black lining. The familiar Ferrari-inspired badge on the side has also been removed and replaced with a round Mowalola logo.
The packaging carries the same personal theme as the shoe, with artwork showing Mowalola’s shadowy figure underneath the lid. She explained that the idea represents being trapped inside a space, with opening the box meant to feel like opening another part of herself.
