Miu Miu is going back into the New Balance archives for its next sneaker project. Revealed during Paris Fashion Week, the RC150 will return as part of the fashion label’s Spring/Summer 2027 collection, bringing back a lightweight racing model from the 1990s.

The RC150 was originally made for running, with its name tied to a lightweight build that weighed around 150 grams. That simple construction still shapes the Miu Miu version, which keeps the shoe low to the ground rather than turning it into something completely different.

Changes are mostly found around the laces. Metal loops sit near the toe and make room for an extra set of laces, a detail Miu Miu has used on other New Balance collaborations. Visible stitching also runs across the upper, while the rest of the shoe sticks closely to the slim shape of the original RC150.

Paris Fashion Week also gave an early look at several different color combinations. Pairs appeared in blue and white, yellow and blue, yellow and green, brown and white, tan and black, plus an orange option. More details on the final lineup should become clearer closer to launch.

The Miu Miu x New Balance RC150 is expected to release in women’s sizing during Spring/Summer 2027. Retail pricing has yet to be announced.
