College football is still a few weeks away, but teams are already back on the practice field preparing for the season. That also means new player-exclusive gear is beginning to surface, including a bright Air Jordan 11 cleat collection made for Michigan.
Jordan Brand recently supplied its sponsored college programs with Air Jordan 14 PEs, and the focus has now shifted toward football. Following a look at Howard University’s Air Jordan 11 cleats, the Michigan Wolverines have received their own high- and low-top versions.
Rather than using Michigan’s traditional navy as the main color, both pairs are covered almost entirely in the school’s signature maize yellow. Patent leather wraps the upper, while black appears on the “23” heel branding, tongue logo, and Jumpman near the ankle.
The Michigan Air Jordan 11 Cleat PE was created exclusively for the Wolverines football program and is not expected to receive a public release. Check out the detailed photos below.
