Miami Hurricanes Drop Nike for adidas

The school that brought swag to college football, the University of Miami is now leaving Nike to join adidas. The school has chosen to take the Kanye West rout and go with the better deal to now be part of the Three Stripes. Their Nike contract expires August 31st, 2015 and athletic director Blake James saw this as a great opportunity to join adidas.

According to sources, adidas has offered the University of Miami a contract deal worth over $30 Million for eight years. This now will end the 27-year relationship the school has with the Swoosh. For more details on this report, head over to Palm Beach Post.
