In addition to their Forum Lows, Chinese artist Zhang Quan and his brand Melting Sadness will be releasing a special edition Forum Exhibit Low for the fall season.

This offering of the adidas Forum Low comes constructed in a mix of materials dressed in Wheat, Tan, and Golden-Yellow color tones. Additional details includes signature ankle strap, hefty heel piece in the rear that includes a movable dog design atop a Gum rubber sole with graphic insoles completes the design.
