Klay Thompson is leaving Nike to join with Chinese athletic sportswear brand ANTA and the official announcement is scheduled to take place during All-Star Weekend.
ANTA based out of China has already inked up some prominent NBA athletes, which include Kevin Garnett, Rajon Rondo, Chandler Parsons and Luis Scola.
It seems as if ANTA has made an offer that Klay just couldn’t refuse. And being how Nike Basketball is packed with signature shoes from Kyrie Irving, Kevin Durant, LeBron James and Kobe Bryant, Thompson will likely receive his own signature sneaker with ANTA, which probably was the icing on the cake for the raising star.
Let us know what you guys think in the comments section. Was this a good move for Klay Thompson? Stay tuned to Sneaker Bar for further updates.
