UPDATE: Nov. 5 Just recently, retroshop_paris on Instagram shared a photo that is reported to the the adidas Yeezy 3. As of right now we have yet to hear confirmation from either Kanye or adidas confirming this photo. They could still be in the prototype phase, but this gives us an idea at what we’ll have to look forward to this Winter 2014. UPDATE: Oct. 31 – While we have all probably put the upcoming Kanye West x adidas release on the back burner due to lack of release information, we can now say we have some good news to share. According to this display that was taken by The Sneaker Illuminati on IG, the Kanye West x adidas release is set to launch this Winter 2014, and could possibly come as early as this November 2014. Stay tuned to Sneaker Bar for further updates as this story develops.
*UPDATE* As news develops regarding the upcoming Kanye West x adidas release, we now have some updated news on how limited the first run of the products will be. According to Matt Powell, the first set of releases will be limited, but he did not go in-detail on how much distribution is expected or if this news is just his apparel or footwear or both. Kanye West did what Kevin Durant didn’t do by leaving Nike to join another brand, adidas. If you can recall back in June, Kanye West announced that he would unveil the new adidas x Kanye West line, but more importantly the new Yeezy sneaker. As we all know nothing happen during the month of June and now we are ready for Fall and it looks like so is Kanye West.
While on tour in Australia, Kanye was having his tradition rant, but this rant was a bit more interesting than previous ones. Ye revealed that the Yeezy 3 will release in November and the sneaker will be more widely available than his previous line with Nike.
