Jordan Brand is set to open its first World of Flight Philadelphia store on October 10th, bringing an elevated retail experience to the U.S. Located at 1617 Walnut Street, the space highlights basketball heritage while offering exclusive sneakers, apparel, and immersive community-driven events.
Philly carries deep ties to Jordan history. It hosted Michael Jordan’s final NBA game in 2003, and remains home to athletes like Jalen Hurts and Jared McCain. The city also launched the first Jordan Wings Scholars program, which now supports thousands of students worldwide. That’s the type of legacy sneakerheads connect with.
Inside World of Flight, shoppers can expect curated co-creation studios, high-heat product drops, and a cultural hub that extends far beyond retail. This marks the sixth World of Flight location, following Mexico City, Beijing, Seoul, Tokyo, and Milan.
The store officially opens at 10 a.m. on October 10th, followed by a community Block Party at 4 p.m. celebrating the launch.
