This New Balance 2010 is another continuation of the familiar stories in Joe Freshgoods personal nostalgia.

These shoes amplify that “found and loved” sensibility, draped in fuzz-toy like overlays across beige mesh panels. An unmistakably worn texture that draws back to the emotion-fueled “Inside Voices” and “Performance Art” series of a few years back.

Heavenly, lived-in muted tan and olive pair with the sunbleached midsole for a shoe that could’ve come right out of a closet with history in its heart. Contrasted by black “N” logo and rope laces, with pops of red underfoot to break up neutrals just enough.

The colorway drops alongside the “Hand-Me-Downs” pair, rounding out a capsule built around tactility, texture, and emotional wear.

The Joe Freshgoods x New Balance 2010 “Bag Lady” will release November 14th, priced at $220 at select retailers, while we await an official launch on NewBalance.com.
