UPDATE 2/5/26: UNION has shared additional release details for the Fragment x UNION x Air Jordan 1 “Varsity Red/Sport Royal.” An in-store raffle will take place at the UNION La Brea location (110 S La Brea Ave) on February 7th from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM local time, where attendees will receive tickets and a unique access code for the next phase of the launch. Entry is limited to Los Angeles County residents, and a valid California ID will be required at the event.

Selected pairs are set to ship beginning February 14th, with an online-only drop also scheduled at 11:00 AM ET for that date in line with UNION’s prior announcement.

For collectors, this marks the return of two of Jordan Brand’s most influential partners on one silhouette. The Fragment x Union x Air Jordan 1 feels positioned as a headline release rather than a side project.

At the center of the pack is the most accessible colorway, dressed in Black, White, Varsity Red, and Sport Royal. It layers Union’s signature stitched construction over Fragment’s legendary 2014 Air Jordan 1 design language. The mix feels deliberate, balancing nostalgia with a refreshed structure. Royal blue accents bring Fragment’s identity forward, while the black and red collar adds contrast without overpowering the design.

Visually, the color story carries a strong sense of history. It pulls from past Fragment releases while still aligning with Union’s deconstructed aesthetic.
