London’s Footpatrol and Perth-based boutique Highs & Lows have teamed up with Reebok Classics to release a two-sneaker collaboration. The collection, titled “Common Youth,” includes the Reebok Classic Leather Clip and the Phase One Pro.
Inspired by Highs and Lows founder and creative director Matt Thomas’ childhood travels from Australia to England. During his trip, he picked up on the many similarities between Australian and British youth culture.
Both the Classic Leather Clip and the Phase One Pro feature vintage leather uppers as a nod to the year they debuted, the 1980s, along with Burgundy and Navy accents to reference the colors of British and Australian passports. Finishing off the designs are Metallic Gold accents, and dual branding logos.
