Ducks of a Feather and Flight Club are teaming up for a limited DOAF x Nike GT Future “Metallic Nova” release. The Division Street-backed Oregon brand brings its Ducks-inspired identity to Nike’s futuristic basketball silhouette, creating one of the rarest GT Future drops yet.
The DOAF x Nike GT Future “Metallic Nova” pulls from Oregon’s mallard heritage and the program’s history of bold uniform finishes. Its metallic green and gold upper shifts under light, giving the shoe a liquid-metal look inspired by the natural sheen of a mallard duck. Black trim, a black outsole, and a small black Swoosh add contrast while keeping the design sharp.
Technical details help push the release beyond a simple colorway. The shoe includes synthetic suede accents, TPU-welded logos, and tinted rubber underfoot. The sculpted upper also gives the GT Future a sleek, fast look that connects performance design with Oregon’s forward-thinking visual style.
Each pair will be individually numbered, with only 300 pairs made worldwide. That limited run adds serious collector appeal, especially with the release tied to Flight Club New York.
