Vans Skateboarding is excited to collaborate with Dime to bring back a beloved classic – the Rowley XLT. This partnership marks the debut of the Reanimation Series, a project that breathes new life into iconic Vans Classics. The Rowley XLT revival will kick off at a special Vans x Dime Pop-Up event in Paris, running from September 29th to October 1st, 2023.

The Rowley XLT holds a special place in Vans Skateboarding’s history, and it remains highly sought after. Dime has meticulously recreated this Y2K-era classic, preserving its essence. The collaboration introduces two striking colorways: the classic Navy and the exclusive Dime Birch. Both feature stylish monochromatic designs, showcasing the Rowley XLT and Dime logos on the heel counter and tongue. The technology remains faithful to the 2001 original, with a durable synthetic nubuck upper, a lightweight EVA midsole, a custom [ROWLEY] heel clip, and ample padding.

Dime, born in Montréal, originated from a shared passion for skateboarding, fun, and creativity. Since its inception in 2005, Dime has become known for its innovative skateboarding videos, marked by humor and unique concepts. In 2015, the Dime Glory Challenge set a new standard for skateboarding events with its non-competitive approach and broad appeal. Over time, Dime evolved into a clothing brand, expanding its reach to skate shops and fashion boutiques worldwide.

To celebrate the launch of the Vans Skateboarding x Dime Rowley XLT, Dime will host a pop-up shop on September 29th and 30th, replicating their Montreal store in a custom-built storage container. The launch party on September 29th, from 7-11 p.m. at Fluctuart, 2 port du Gros Caillou, 75007 Paris, France, will feature live DJs and drinks, open to the public. On October 1st, the container will reveal a mystery skate spot at its final destination.

The Dime x Vans Rowley XLT exclusive colorway will be available starting September 29th at the Vans x Dime Paris pop-up and on DimeMTL.com from September 30th. The Navy variant will hit select Vans Skateboarding retail locations on October 5th.
