Seven years ago Detroit native Tommey Walker started “Versus Everybody” as a rally cry to the city of Detroit. Now, he is collaborating with adidas Originals to release a collection celebrating the Detroit holiday “313 Day.” The holiday (March 13th) celebrates the 313 area code of the city.

The collection leads with the iconic adidas Top Ten shoe in a Black based colorway with Red and White hits. The extremely limited pair features 3M adidas stripes on the upper along with “313” in Red as a nod to the area code/holiday, topped off with “DETROIT VERSUS EVERYBODY” text on the heel atop a Red outsole.

The capsule collection also includes a hoodie ($100) with a stitched adidas Originals logo and twill 313 stitching on the chest and the Detroit Vs. Everybody stamp on the back, a hockey jersey ($180) inspired by the famous team in Detroit with the number 313 and the DvE mantra of “HARD WORK” on the back, along with two DvE tees ($35) with Three Stripes down the sleeves.

To show love entirely to the city of Detroit, the collection will release on March 13th only at the following locations: Detroit Vs. Everybody Eastern Market store, select Detroit area Mr. Alan’s stores, Burn Rubber in Royal Oak, Michigan, and Puffer Reds in Wayne, Michigan. The retail price tag is set at $120 USD.
