Dashawn Jordan’s long-awaited Nike SB Dunk Low is finally on the horizon, and the story behind it runs deeper than most collaborations. Rooted in Arizona heritage, the design pulls directly from the “Copperhead” Arizona Diamondbacks cap worn during the franchise’s 2001 World Series run—something Jordan has referenced for years as a personal source of inspiration.

Before becoming a Nike SB rider, Jordan built his name early. He started skating at 11, then broke through with a win at Tampa Am in 2016. From there, X Games success and consistent progression helped solidify his place in the culture. Throughout that journey, he stayed vocal about one goal—bringing that iconic Diamondbacks colorway to life on a sneaker.

That vision now arrives in full form. The SB Dunk Low features textured snake-inspired overlays paired with black suede panels for balance. Inside, a rich purple lining adds contrast, while teal hits appear on the heel tabs and tongue branding, alongside Jordan’s name. The design stays grounded with a blacked-out sole, allowing the details to stand out without feeling overdone. A standout touch comes in the form of a small copperhead graphic wrapped around the laces, tying directly into the theme. Newly surfaced official images also provide a closer look at the snake-textured overlays and the copperhead lace detail that anchors the Arizona-inspired design.
