Concepts reveals their latest collaboration with New Balance on their 997S Fusion silhouette inspired by legendary Boston Red Sox and New York Yankees rivalry.
Dubbed, “Esruc” that nods to the infamous Curse of the Bambino, when the Red Rox sold Babe Ruth to the Yankees back in 1920.
Instead of having a classic Red Sox or Yankees color scheme, Concepts selected to go with the color blocking used on the posters for the Broadway musical No, No, Nanette. This New Balance 997 features a Magenta pigskin suede upper with Pink and Orange contrasting accents. Reflective detailing, a modernized Encap Reveal midsole, special insoles, packaging, and extra laces completes the collaboration.

Look for the Concepts x New Balance 997S “Esruc” to release on June 28th exclusively at Patta London. The retail price tag is set at $200 USD.
