Community Poll: Jordan Brand or Nike Basketball “Big Three”

We all know that Air Jordan Retros dominate everything – for the most part. So we’ll get that out right away. However, when you sit back and think of every aspect both Jordan Brand and Nike Basketball offer – which would you take?

Jordan Brand has always dominated throughout the years, but nowadays Air Jordan Retro releases are more known for it’s fashionable purpose rather than for basketball use. The Air Jordan XX8 was a successful basketball release, but lacked on everyday wear purposes. The Air Jordan XX9 set to debut this September looks to follow the XX8 silhouette – built specifically for the court.

Nike Basketball on the other hand dominates on court usage with their big three athletes – LeBron James, Kobe Bryant, and Kevin Durant, as well as wearing them for fashionable reasons. Over the years one or the other have been the top leader in sales and court usage – in 2014 I’ll have to say the Nike Kobe 9 Elite is the better all around basketball silhouette (in my opinion). But looking into the future, the upcoming Nike LeBron 12 looks to be pretty pleasing with its new technology build.

Now after summing both major brands up, when you look at it from an all purpose view – which brand do you think gets your vote – Jordan Brand or Nike Basketball “Big Three” silhouettes?
