Supreme teams up with Comme des Garçons SHIRT and Vans to drop their newest 2014 Collection. Both Vans Era and Vans Sk8-Hi are two models included in the collection decked out in polka-dot and checkerboard patterns. The Vans Sk8-Hi pay tribute to the late NYC skate legend Harold Hunter.
